History of Lashlee-Rich Building Materials

​Lashlee-Rich, Inc. was organized in Humboldt Tennessee in November 1940 and incorporated under the laws of the State of Tennessee by Dr. T. O. Lashlee and Jack W. Rich. 

In April 2018, Lashlee-Rich, Inc. spun off the Materials Division with a new company, Lashlee-Rich Building Materials, LLC. 

​Ashley Culpepper is the Managing Member of the new company.
